I’m very forgetful. Therefore I write everything down. Here is my list of posts I plan to write in the future, if there is one you are very interested in let me know and I can bring it up the list, although, the list is not in any particular order

  • Posts providing observations of bad customer service/experience, these are a real pet hate of mine and I believe most companies do not understand their customers
  • How do you train people who don’t want to be trained?
  • Cause and Effect relationships, some pointers
  • Difference between CI, Lean, Six Sigma, JIPM, Kaizen and all those things
